This hotel is a decent option for a quick overnight stay when you’re in the Asheville area. The price is fair, but don’t expect much beyond a place to sleep. It doesn’t offer any unique experiences or amenities—it’s primarily suited for a short, no-frills stopover before heading out the next day.

I booked this room for my son's friend that was in town for an engagement party. The 1st morning he woke up and found out there had been a dead body in the room next to his that had been there for some time because it started to smell. The staff found the body THAT morning! They did not offer for him to move rooms or comp a night or anything! Horrible customer service IMO. I understand that things happen, but how traumatic.

Clean, convenient, wonderful staff! The breakfast was great! The lady in charge of setting up the breakfast always made sure everything was stocked and the areas kept clean. Will certainly stay again and tell my friends with dogs. If you're visiting the Biltmore Estate, this is the perfect hotel for you, your family and your pup!
